Beverly Tracy Home Design was honored to be selected as the interior design firm for 395 Broadway, The Legacy Building headquarters of Prime Group Holdings in Saratoga Springs. In collaboration with Balzer & Tuck Architecture and SEI Design Group, we helped shape a workplace that reflects both architectural integrity and refined interior detail. The interiors are grounded in thoughtful proportion and materiality, with layered textures, tailored millwork, and a restrained tonal palette creating a sense of quiet sophistication. Intentional spatial planning enhances light, flow, and functionality, supporting both leadership and collaboration.

The result is a modern headquarters that feels polished, purposeful, and enduring — a space that reflects the company’s vision and presence within the community.
